DELIVERY CHARGES:
All orders over $100 are delivered FREE. All other orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.00. Shipping is added to the order at the Checkout stage of the order process based on your purchase amount.

1-2 BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY NZ WIDE:
• No signature required on all orders.
• Orders are processed and collected by courier from our Auckland Distribution Centre.
• If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you as soon as possible.
• Rural areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery.
• Some products need to be ordered in from our warehouse, which again, will cause an additional small delay.
• Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.
PHYSICAL DELIVERY ADDRESSES ONLY:
Please supply a physical delivery address (No P.O. Boxes) where someone will be present to receive the delivery. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
TRACK & TRACE:
When your order dispatches, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order by going to the CourierPost website.
