TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Birkenstock NZ reserves the right to decline return or refund applications where it deems that the product has been purchased for commercial reasons including selling on marketplaces.

We understand that buying footwear online can be tricky. If trying on your purchase at home, please try on a carpet. We are unable to accept returned orders if the items have been worn, damaged or marked in any way.

We cannot refund or exchange Birkenstock shoes purchased overseas. We are the New Zealand distributors of Birkenstock only and operate as a company separate from other suppliers and retailers internationally. If you wish to return purchases you will need to contact the original retailer. Additionally, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for Birkenstock shoes purchased at one of our NZ stockists. We recommend contacting the original place of purchase for returns information. Unfortunately, we do not have the control over the policies of retailers internationally so are unable to influence their decisions.
